Home Health Aide services are designed to support individuals who require assistance with daily living activities due to chronic illness, disability, or aging. These services are provided in client's home and include tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Home Health Aides also offer companionship and monitor the client's condition, reporting any significant changes to the nurse or physician.
Laundry services are tailored to assist individuals who may have difficulty managing their laundry due to physical, cognitive, or medical limitations. These services include pick-up & delivery, washing, drying, and folding.
Nursing services involve comprehensive medical support and care coordination for individuals. Nurses conduct initial and periodic assessments to evaluate the health status and needs of each participant. They develop and update individualized care plans. Nurses also offer education to individuals and caregivers about managing health conditions, ensuring that all care provided aligns with the individuals' medical needs.
