Caregivers

Our kind and attentive caregivers provide our clients with assistance in personal care and homemaking. The assistance is monitored closely by our case managers and registered nurses. Our caregivers are carefully chosen for each client in order to maintain perfect language and culture compatibility. All caregivers have completed the required testing and training and have extensive experience in home health services.

Nurses

Our experienced nurses monitor the clients’ health statuses; respond to emergency needs and report changes in clients’ conditions and work closely with the clients’ PCPs in order to maintain detailed and unsurpassed care. Our nurses also review and supervise caregiver services.

Case Managers

Our attentive case managers offer our clients information and counseling support. They arrange services such as Meals on Wheels, Lifeline service, Medical Supply services and  Transportation services as well as supervise caregiver services.

Service Directors

Here at Longevity Care, Inc. we believe that both employees and clients are cared for. Our program director directs and looks after our caregivers ensuring that they can provide the best care for our clients.
